About the Job
You will be the public face of a flagship luxury duty free retail store in the most iconic terminal in Changi airport, servicing discerning travellers and providing an unparalleled consumer experience with regards to luxury culture.
You are passionate about luxury and can articulate an appreciation for high end products.
You’ll be trained in the art of our products, and will help to develop ways to measure the value of your work. You will be actively involved in generating sales and giving an artisanal experience to gourmet consumer goods.
Key Skills:
- Retail Sales (luxury brand retails sales is a plus).
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback
- Articulate and Fluent in Oral and Written English (Chinese and other languages are a plus)
- Maintain outstanding luxury store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Perform stock taking and inventory management
- Participate in promotions and sales event planning.
Requirements:
- Experience with retail, or other front line service (luxury segments is a plus)
- Able to work shifts, at the airport.
- 5 days including Public holidays and weekends
- Operation hours 6am - 1am
- 8-9 hours per shift
- Previous experience working with a team to meet targets
