Bizlink Centre Singapore – Social Work Assistant

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986.Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.

The Social Work Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the implementation of programmes and supports the organisation of core programmes and services.

Responsibilities & Job Description 

• To provide casework administration support, general administration, and clerical duties
• To provide Information and Referral and Intake service to individuals and families
• Coordinate and provide logistical support towards implementation of Centre’s programmes, projects and activities

Candidate Requirements

• Nitec in Community Care and Social services
• Relevant work experience in social work setting preferred
• Bilingual in Malay/Mandarin/dialects and English
• Has a pleasant disposition, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
