About Bizlink Day Activity Centre (DAC)

The Bizlink Day Activity Centre (DAC) Programme offers full-time & part-time services to PWDs aged 18 years and above. Our team of trainers work diligently to provide care, engagement, and safety for our clients. This enables our caregivers to pursue work and other interests while remaining assured that their loved ones are being taken care of. Our team of trainers customise training programs and work closely with caregivers and health care professionals to support our client’s wellbeing.

Job Description

Reporting Address: 82 Circuit Road #01-04 Singapore 370082

Working Hours: 

  • Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Allowance is provided for overtime after working hours.


  • To train and assist clients in community living, social/emotional wellbeing, physical maintenance, and vocational activities
  • To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
  • To plan client’s training programs
  • Conduct 6 monthly client evaluations
  • To plan small group activities, updating client’s progress, maintaining statistics, etc.
  • Simple intervention plans and basic counselling for clients and their caregivers when required
  • To educate clients on the social distancing measures, personal hygiene, and safety measures
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Entry Level specialised in Training & Development or equivalent
  • Have patience and passion to work with people with disabilities and the needy and disadvantaged
