Job Description
- Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs
- Pursue sales opportunities to register learners for our range of SkillsFuture and WSQ classes
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service through the sales process, from course consultation to course completion
- Course Offerings:
- Culinary: Peranakan, Hawker, Dim Sum, Thai, Japanese and more
- Marketing: TikTok, Facebook Marketing and more
- Media: Photography, Videography and more
- Design: Graphic Design, Digital Art and more
- Roadshow (Outbound) and Telemarketing (Inbound) positions available
Requirements:
- Confident and positive attitude, willing to learn and sales-driven
- Training will be provided so no prior experience is required
- Candidates MUST speak English
- All are welcome to apply: fresh graduates or semi-retirees looking for a mid-career change etc
