Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist (Weekends Only)

As a Part-Time Receptionist at BIZ IQ Academy, you will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors during the weekends. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and professional environment, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities: This is a part-time position requiring work on both Saturday and Sunday. The specific working hours will be 8.30am to 6pm.

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information or transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

Visitor Assistance:

  • Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about our training programs.
  • Register new students and provide them with necessary materials and information.
  • Maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and events happening during the weekends.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule Management:

  • Manage the weekend schedule, including class timings, breaks, and any special events.
  • Communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant staff members and students.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve minor issues and concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
