About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive Intern to support our training and administrative functions. In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth course delivery, efficient learner coordination, and proper documentation across our training programmes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a SkillsFuture-accredited training provider

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training courses, trainers, and facilities
• Support daily operational activities such as learner registration, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
• Maintain accurate course and learner records in the training management system (TMS)
• Liaise with trainers, learners, and internal departments to ensure smooth class execution
• Assist in preparing course kits, attendance sheets, and certification documents
• Handle logistical arrangements for classes, workshops, and events
• Perform general administrative and operational support as required
