Biolidics Limited – Operations Engineer

Job Description

• Support and lead the early involvement with suppliers in technology and NPI programs, managing the sometimes conflicting technical and business challenge
• Support in continuous improvement on current product line through design improvements, processes, supplier quality improvement and supply chain optimisation.
• Solving manufacturing issues for current product lines from both process and technical angle.
• Maintaining quality of products manufactured.
• Managing product commissioning and manufacturing processes.
• Support manufacturing activities to facilitate smooth operation process flow.
• Support supply chain and sales fulfilment activities and identify any improvement potentials
• Uphold the ISO 13485 standard in cooperation with the Quality Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Department.
• Plan and execute test plans for investigations of various aspects related to the engineering design of products.
• Ensure that product development documentation is completed according to ISO13485 and regulatory requirements
• Support special improvement assignment/projects as assigned by Direct Supervisor.

Working Experience

• Bachelor degree holders with no experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
• Diploma holders (Science, Engineering or Biomedical Sciences) with at least 3 years of experience preferred

Education Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering or Biomedical Sciences or equivalent
• Diploma holders (Science, Engineering or Biomedical Sciences) with relevant experience are welcomed to apply as well.
