Big Sync Music is a relatively new company made up of music licensing experts with over 80 years combined experience. Big Sync was created to service Unilever brands and appointed creative agencies around the world to source, create and license music for use in advertising. In addition to Unilever, Big Sync also works with several other ad agencies and global brands.

Big Sync has offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and most recently, Singapore - the Unilever network is truly international. On a day-to-day basis, a Big Sync employee deals with Brand teams, Creatives, TV Producers, Account teams, Record Labels and Music Publishers all across Asia Pacific.

Assist in Invoicing and Account Payable capturing in QuickBooks · Monthly reconciliation between Quick book and NetSuite · Prepare the Finance process flow · Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet schedule · implement and adhere to the company's or organization’s financial procedures and policies · Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations · Proactive management of account payables transactions and possess high level of service quality · Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records · Support other ad hoc projects and financial matters as they arise

Job Requirements: Possess knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis Should have good written and oral communication skills Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative Team player and yet able to work independently Minimum commitment of 3 months Can start immediately
