Job Description

The Role

The Project Management Intern's main role is to help grow and manage assigned clients’ accounts.

One major account will be, The Best of You, a social movement that seeks to change the community for the better - by collecting real personal stories from the public and then using these stories to connect, heal, and inspire. We use this space to champion the voices of the marginalised communities and create conversations that are important for social change.

Here are the main tasks you will be responsible for in the course of managing The Best of You: Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming processes
  • Social media and website management
  • Facilitate effective communications amongst team members, suppliers, collaborators and clients to ensure optimal workflow
  • Manage project schedules
  • Prepares presentation documents and performance reports
  • Record minutes at meetings
  • Keep detailed project notes and records
  • Organises and updates database
  • Assist in event planning and activations

 

Requirements: 

  • In related field of Mass Communication, Marketing and Design or related discipline
  • High level of PASSION, CREATIVITY and FLEXIBILITY
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player when required
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility
  • Practices superior time management
  • Excellent writing and language skills
  • Demonstrates Social Customer Service qualities such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
  • Possesses the ability to identify potential crisis situations and apply effective solutions to resolve conflict.
  • Photography and video editing skills bonus.
