- Job Description
Up to: $2300-2600 (6 day work week)
To oversee operation duties in bakery department, including preparation and production of buns (must be able to execute as well) / Quality control- Responsible in ensuring all buns produce meets company’s quality / Ensure smooth flow in production / Manage inventory and storage in an organized manner / To manage and maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the outlet / Promote and maintain outlet sales / Plan schedules / Report to higher management / Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
Team player / No/Minimum experience in baking / Honest, meticulous, responsible and independent / Certified in Basic Food Hygiene
