Job Description
- Assist the Project team in planning, organizing and tracking of project schedule
- Assist in liasing with design and production team to make sure projects are being delivered on time
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
- Conduct research work to assist in ideation of creative proposals
- Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Design, preferably with Animation or Illustration experience or equivalent
- Candidates with media background in design, multimedia or film would be an added advantage
- Team player with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, meticulous and responsible
- Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
