Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your roles shall include but not limited to:

  • Manage and Service Wholesalers, General Trade Supermarkets, Minimarts, Provision Shops, Pharmacy, Food Service outlets in Singapore.
  • Build strong engagement and rapport with buyers and store managers
  • Initiate sales and promotional plans with immediate superior and buyer in-charge.
  • Responsible for timely submission of sales report, promotion proposal and competitor analyses
  • Lead and manage a team of sales merchandiser to achieve company's objective of attaining excellent merchandising standards.
  • Manage and analyses customers profitability as well as sales data and make recommendation to grow the market share
  • Deliver sales objectives and target set by company while managing trade promotional budget to maximize sales
  • Work closely with superior to ensure smooth implementation of island wide promotion and key branding campaigns
  • Promptly resolve operational issues within a short timeframe
  • Actively hunt for new accounts and expand distribution of products.
  • Ensure timely responses to customers requests for proposal, quotation with good follow up.
  • Manage customers payment collection.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE "O" Level / GCE "N" Level / ITE or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Class 2B & 3 license with own vehicle will be preferred.
