Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Intern (Supply Chain) role based in Singapore. Key tasks include supporting the development and maintenance of customer & supplier on-boarding processes, master-brands regulatory overview, conducting independent audits and investigations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The intern will work closely with the Compliance & Regulatory Manager and internal departments to address compliance matters and contribute to streamlining compliance practices.

Working Culture:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
  • Work-Life Balance, no overtime or work after hours required
  • Inter-dependent working culture
  • Task-oriented with constant support/training provided and minimal supervision

Internship Pre-Requisite:

  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Understanding of adherence to standards and regulatory requirements
  • Good Analytical Skills to identify and address potential compliance risks
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work on sensitive projects
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment (corporate and site visits)
  • Minimally pursuing a diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Able to provide formal internship authorization from educational institution e.g Polytechnic
