Beyond Rentals – Condition Monitoring Engineer

The role of Condition Monitoring Engineer is to use your knowledge to develop, operate and managed service for customer, involve Condition Monitoring data collection, analysis and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities

• To monitor customer equipment health status
• To provide remote troubleshooting support to resolve data collector issues
• To report fault codes and associated corrective maintenance recommendations - Collaborates with related stake-holders in customer's team (Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, etc)
• To produce a managed service report summary for customer in a routine basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• To interface with the customer for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services - Provide System Onboarding training to new customers
• Consults with OEM Technical Representative on system and fault code issues
