BestinBrands is the exclusive distributor and omnichannel beauty retailer of more than 100 brands in Bangladesh across 3 categories:
- Luxury beauty categories (fragrances/skincare/make-up) working with all the major beauty groups including LVMH (Kenzo, Givenchy, Bvlgari…), COTY (CK, Hugo Boss, Chloe, Marc Jacobs…) Interparfums (Coach, Kate Spade, Karl Lagerfeld…), Puig (Paco Rabanne, Caroline Herrera, JPG, Penhaligon’s…), Kilian Paris, Clarins etc
- Food & Beverage: Haribo, Barilla, Loacker, The Laughing Cow
- Toys: Lego, Crayola
BestinBrands is specialized in distributing, marketing, and developing international brands in Bangladesh with a proven track record since 2000.
The mission of BestinBrands is to connect international brands to Bangladesh.
We have a workforce of 250 people based in Dhaka including 20 persons from the marketing team. The headquarter is located in Singapore with a team of 17 persons.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The marketing executive will report directly to the Marketing Director based in Singapore and will be working with the marketing team based in Bangladesh.
Duties and responsibilities
BestinBrands Corporate marketing
- Stay up to date with the best practices and keep on updating the company profile/website with the latest information and trends
- Participate in the revamping of the website
Marketing research
- Conduct some ad-hoc marketing analysis, search for market information and data in Bangladesh, and competitive reviews
- Analyse consumers' trends and expectations according to different categories and needs (beauty/F&B/toys, sport…)
- Prepare quarterly market outlooks
Sundora omnichannel retail
- Create some content for Sundora (text/press release…)
- Help create and implement Sundora E-commerce platform for the other categories (toys/sport/home…)
Salesforce/Database
- Help in streamlining the database to generate the brand reports
Requirements
- A team player, resilient with a positive attitude
- Resourceful, efficient, and able to work independently
- Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization and coordination skills
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
