Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant (Intern / Part-Time) to support our finance team in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role mainly focuses on data entry, preparation of accounting documents, and proper filing of records by project and company level. It is suitable for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to accounting operations.

Working Hours is negotiable. Remote work is allowed.

Accounting Assistant (Intern / Part-time)


Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Accounting Records

  • Perform accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries into the accounting system

  • Update accounting records in a timely and organized manner

  • Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records

2. Accounting Document Preparation

  • Prepare and organize accounting documents such as:

    • Supplier invoices

    • Payment vouchers (PV)

    • Receipts and supporting documents

    • Staff claims and petty cash records

    • Ensure all documents are complete and comply with internal procedure
