We are embarking on this exciting journey to help people be the best version of themselves through personalized coaching and learning. We work with big corporations to scale coaching across the organization.

We are looking for a self-driven digital marketing & social media specialist to join us You will be helping across all digital marketing efforts, including efficiently building the brand of BestOfMe, as well as helping BestOfMe to acquire new clients. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO directly to create integrated digital and social media strategies to drive our business.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the formulation of digital/social media strategies to build an effective and optimized digital connection with clients
• Plan, build and grow the ongoing company and brand presence on owned social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Provide creative ideas and manage the development of relevant, engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to increase company and brand awareness
• Manage and implement digital marketing activities across various online channels (social media, email, mobile, display, SEO/SEM)
• Prepare and deploy e-newsletters for our members and outreach promotional emails
• Manage and implement digital advertising campaigns (SEM, display, social media, programmatic, etc.)
• Monitor performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, competitive marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team to develop optimization plans
• Ensure brand communication guidelines are always respected in all modes of communication in accordance to Brand Guide to establish a strong brand identity
• Maintain partnerships with external agencies and vendors

If You Have:

• A Degree in Digital Marketing/Communications or relevant field preferred
• Prior experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with knowledge in B2B/B2C social media, creative content writing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) will be highly advantageous
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of paid social, SEM and SEO, content optimization, and analytics
