  • Converting existing Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management systems into latest version
Job Description

Location: West Area
5 Days work
Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Descriptions:
Finance role:

  • Aid in daily accounting transactions
  • Generate invoices and receipts
  • Processing of monthly payroll and claims
  • Input and tally monthly PnL
  • Proceed of NS, maternity/paternity and childcare claim
  • Preparing IR8A for all the employees

Admin role:

  • Updating of staff records and customer database
  • Maintaining stationery & pantry supply
  • Administrative duties such as data-entry, printing and filing etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • GCE O Levels / ITE / Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to understand English/ Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
  • 1-3 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in bizSAFE and ISO management systems will be an added advantage
