Job Description

The Opportunity

Looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity?

Bequest is looking for interns who are interested to increase their exposure to the world of estate planning and business succession. With Singapore fast becoming a magnet for high net worth individuals (HNWIs), the blossoming estate and wealth management industry is poised to become a driver of growth for the mid-to-high end financial advisory sector. To keep up with this surge in demand, we are looking for confident, ambitious and dynamic individuals to groom to serve our clientele.

The Junior Estate Analyst position requires both analytical and advisory skills. The ideal candidate should be good with financial and legal concepts, possess a keen business acumen and have excellent communication and relationship building skills. He or she should be comfortable speaking to business owners, C-suite officeholders and other affluent and accomplished individuals.

The program commences in October 2016. Participants will need to undergo certification and attend intensive training conducted by our in-house lawyers, medical specialists and estate analysts. After the training and certification phase, participants will need to be prepared to engage in hands-on activities: engaging with HNWIs and corporate decision makers, scrutinising financial portfolios and statements and delivering their findings in easy-to-understand reports and presentations. They will also be trained in solution creation and portfolio restructuring and enhancement.
