The RoleWe're looking for a Content & Creative Intern who loves content creation, understands social media and enjoys turning everyday moments into something worth watching.

You'll work closely with our creative and social teams, helping develop content for Bellow's own platforms while supporting ongoing client projects.

From capturing behind-the-scenes moments on shoots to editing social videos, researching trends and contributing creative ideas, you'll have plenty of opportunities to put your skills into practice.

We're not expecting you to be an expert. But we do want someone who's curious, proactive and excited about creating content.

• What You'll Be DoingCapture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during shoots, meetings and everyday agency activities.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Help manage and maintain Bellow's social media presence.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, captions and publishing.
• Research social media trends, creative references and content opportunities.
• Support the creative team with moodboards, presentations, proposals and pitch decks.
• Assist with basic graphic design, photo editing and content adaptations.
• Organise and update Bellow's creative portfolio and project showcases.
• Contribute ideas for both Bellow's own content and selected client projects.
• Support day-to-day creative and administrative tasks when required.
• Who We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Design, Film or a related discipline.
• Passionate about social media, storytelling and content creation.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Able to capture decent photos or videos using a camera or smartphone.
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or other design tools is a plus.
• Creative, resourceful and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
