Administrative Assistant (Full-time) - Beauty Industry
Job Duties:
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, printing, scanning and organization of files.
- Corresponding with clients and student via email and phone.
- Assisting with paperwork in the course application.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- keep tract and follow up with client.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience, working at beauty industry will be prefered.
- Minimum O levels or Secondary school education
- Inexperienced applicants with willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Positive and good working attitude
- Ability to work effectively with others, be prepared to take a supportive role where required, assist others at short notice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, adaptable with ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
