Job Description

Join a leading beauty supplier from Japan with extensive growth plans in the region. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about revolutionizing the beauty industry. We offer a broad range of growth opportunities in areas of sales and marketing, client and customer servicing, e-commerce, inventory and logistics, presentation skills as well as business development.

Your Role

  • Develop professional rapport with the clients and build positive brand loyalty.
  • Provide continuous product education, demonstration and reinforce products’ benefits to customers.
  • Provide post-sale customer service and ongoing customer relationship management. Follow up on leads.
  • Manage and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of sales and operations.
  • Manage showroom day-to-day activities which include servicing walk-in customers, handling inquiries and assisting them with their orders and purchases.
  • Upkeeping of showroom, including display racks, price tags, restocking etc.
  • Order processing including stock checking, order creation, packing of orders and tracking order fulfillment.
  • Manage all incoming calls for sales and product-related inquiries on multiple communication channels.
  • Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to further develop the business and establish a strong client base.
  • May be required to work one weekend day on a rotational basis when there are in-house seminars or workshops.

The Profile

  • Minimally an O/A Level or diploma holder.
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience. Candidate with a good track record in sales is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry (ie. lashes, nails, spas, hair salons etc.) will be advantageous.
  • Pleasant and courteous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities and able to manage time effectively.
  • Committed and self-motivated, a team player with a positive personality
  • Conversant in English and Mandarin.
  • Singaporeans and PRs.
