Job Description

Recruitment

  • Assist in all aspect of recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies and online job posting
  • Screening resume and interview arrangement, prepare salary proposal, offer letter, onboarding and offboarding


HR Operations Administration

  • Onboarding: Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth induction for new hires
  • Leave and Benefits administration (e.g. insurance enrolment)
  • Application and tracking of all governmental claims and subsidy
  • Immigration: Manage all WP/EP/SP (application/issuance/recording/renewal/cancellation)
  • HR invoices management and liaison with Finance for payments
  • Maintenance of HRIS system:  (Ascender & Successfactor), P files, Org Charts
  • Creation of ticket - remedyforce (email, system access)
  • Reports: Manage statutory and/or stakeholder report requests

General Affairs

  • Assist in company events and welfare activities
  • Other adhoc projects
