We are looking for graduate calibre candidates to grow the associate consultant team. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing candidates for niche pharmaceutical vacancies
• Working closely with consultants to deliver a 5* recruitment service
• Headhunting
• Speaking on the phone to candidates
• Writing job advertisements
