Candidate shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Consolidation of documentation for payment processing
- Asset tagging of new and existing equipment
- Assist with inventory and stock checks
- Assist with physical and functionality checks on instrumentation equipment prior to issue and upon receipt
- Assist with issuing of equipment from store / compactus
- Uploading of data to HxGN EAM (Infor)
- Data entry in procurement system and reconciliation of inventory data
- Preparatory works for shipment of equipment to regional subsidiaries
- General filing and documentation
