Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) Function
  • Ensure invoices issued are accurate and properly supported.
  • Match cash receipts against accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Send monthly statement of account and intercompany balance confirmation.
  • Prepare quarterly Accounts receivable aging report.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting leader

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications

  • Skills Required/Desired:
  •  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and ERP system, experience with Navision will be a plus
