Banff Cyber Technologies – Front End Web UI / UX Software Engineer

Overview

 We are seeking an individual, who believes he/she redesign and transform our existing portal www.weborion.io, currently based on WordPress platform, into one that will be able to measure up against the best in the cyberspace. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• To be able to configure and code in WordPress, to develop both low and high-fidelity features and improvement
• To produce storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
• To track key metrics in design tasks such as feature usage, conversion from trial to paying customers, usability, intuitive and first time usage, etc.
• To delivering iterative improvements to our platform based on customer usage data and analytics, product vision and experimentation.
• To work closely with marketing teams to and backend development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience building web applications.  SaaS experience would be a big bonus.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or Digital Design related education
• Primary Technical skills required include JavaScript, HTML/CSS.  However, jQuery and Bootstrap would be an advantage. 
• Proficient with some design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of Quantitative Analysis such as web analytics and A/B testing tools
• Experience with Agile framework is preferred. 
• Based in Singapore
