Ballons du Monde – Part-time Customer Service Associate

We are looking for someone who is:

• comfortable being around and enjoys interacting with customers
• able to project excitement with a smile and a positive vibe
• driven to ensure customers have a positive experience
• willing to roll up their sleeves and assist when others need help
• proactive about offering suggestions to improve the customer experience
• excited about work outdoors

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to:‍ 

• man the pop-up store during your shift
• welcome customers and provide information on our offerings
• collect customer feedback and ideas
• account for inventory
• operate the POS system (training will be provided)
• assist crew from time-to-time

Job requirements:‍ 

• Part-time shifts; 7:00am – 12:00pm; 5:30pm – 10:30pm; 5 days/week
• Physically fit and able to carry small-to-medium boxes of inventory
• Prior experience in hospitality / tourism / attractions industry desired but not necessary
• Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
