Job Description
Specifically, this role will require you to:
- Take care of our outlet/branch operations & take care of our customers
- Welcome and engage with a diverse range of customers
- Efficiently manage orders, serve customers
- Provide excellent F&B service to guests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering.
- Provide insights and formulate sales strategies for the outlet assigned.
Any other adhoc tasks directed by the Management.
