Job Description
-Produced assigned items to specifications from recipe
-Perform all preparation work as required
-Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of work area
-Ensure compliance with food safety standards
-Assist with any other assignment as task by Head Baker
Requirements
-Should have some experience with Bread Making
-Must be passionate about bakery or pastry products
-Must have completed secondary education or its equivalent
-Must be willing to work on public holidays and weekends
-Must work independently with minimum supervision
