Job Description
Job Role Responsibilities :
- Filing
- Keying of invoices, Purchase order and Data entry
- Checking of stock
- Answering the phone,
- Arrange couriers
- Liaising with logistics company for shipments
Required skill(s) :
- Able to use Excel Bilingual in Chinese and English as a need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
