The intern will be tasked with some or all of the following:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide basic IT support to employees, including setting up workstations and troubleshooting system errors.
Help with the installation and configuration of software applications.
System & Network Maintenance:
Support IT team in maintaining computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Assist in monitoring system performance and security updates.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment.
Help Desk & User Training:
Respond to IT support tickets and provide first-level troubleshooting.
Assist in creating IT documentation and guides for users.
Conduct basic training for employees on IT policies and tools.
Cybersecurity & Data Management:
Assist in implementing security measures to protect data and systems.
Help monitor cybersecurity threats and support data backup procedures.
Project Assistance & Research:
Support IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, or software deployment.
Research new technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
