- Job Description
Opportunity for students with background in Food Science & Technology, preferably with knowledge in plant protein, to participate in exciting food science development projects.
- Involve in Food Science and Technology research projects (e.g. Plant Based Protein Meat Analogue Projects) that comprises of data collection/analysis, optimization, prototype development, report preparation and project administration.
- Scaling up of the products after several rounds of evaluations and adjustments.
- Consumer Testing as per preference and checking against regulation requirement
