Job Description

As a payroll consultant, you are responsible for the service delivery for the clients' payroll, whilst collaborating with the offshore teams, for the timely and accurate delivery of lodgement activities across AYP's clients.

Your typical day involves:

  • Provide support to the Payroll team lead in performing full payroll administrative function
  • Process monthly payroll for assigned entities timely and accurately 
  • Administer NS make up claims, income tax matters (IR8A and IR21) and any government leave claims (maternity, childcare, paternity, etc)
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payroll records 
  • Support all ad-hoc payroll related projects and activities are required 

Experience, Skills, Academic:

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excel Knowledge is mandatory
  • Fast Learner
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Min diploma holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
