Job Description
- Support the HR on recruitment and selection of Temp/Contract hire roles ranging from entry to managerial level
- Sourcing & short-listing of candidates through resumes
- Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates
- Coordinating of interviews
- Ensured consistent follow-ups with clients to cater to their recruitment needs and after-sales enquiries
- Answering of in-bound phone & e-mail enquiries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
