Job Description

Join us as the HR Intern if you wished to develop yourself in all HR areas. This position will allow you to utilize all that you have learned in school and other places, such as proposing and developing training and development plan. 

Below are some of things that you will be doing:

Recruitment

  • Internal hiring - various positions (SG and other regions) will train you on your sharpness in identifying suitable candidates, as well as the flow of hiring. You will also get the opportunity of exploring the different methods to hire new positions.

Training and Development:

  • You will be allowed to suggest T&D plans and execute them should they been approved. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • There are a variety of positions in the company. You will be allowed to make suggestions on the possible compensation schemes for them.
  • You will also be able to learn about the different C&B schemes in different countries that our company is at.

Performance Management:

  • We will have employee appraisal at every quarter, you will be able to take part in it to observe the process, and make suggestions should you find any areas for improvement.

Other responsibilities:

  • Process Claims
  • Process Internal Payroll Matters
  • Collaborate across departments and oversea branches on events and issues.
