Responsibilities:
- To establish and secure relationship with newly on-board
- employees/clients
- To provide customer service and help desk support
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment for contractor employees
- Any ad-hoc HR-related issues
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as HR specialist
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing
- Effective personal management; able to work under pressure, manage
- workload and achieve deadlines
- Possess key skills including attention to detail and data integrity
- Good written and verbal communication
- Employee Relations and Proactivity.
