AYP Group – Financial Controller

Main job purpose:
To manage Group consolidation of accounts and ensure compliance to all statutory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Developing financial strategy, opportunity forecasting
• Providing financial planning and analysis
• Responsible for preparation of financial reports for Group of companies
• Regular Budget consolidation
• Provide general review of subsidiaries’ monthly closing and clarification on accounting treatment if needed
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Lead a team of staff in finance and office admin
• Handling company taxation matters, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Cash flow management by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accountancy from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accountancy, those without experience of management role will be considered and are welcome to apply
• Familiar with SAP Business One Well-developed
• Demonstrate team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide the finance team
• Good knowledge in Excel and accounting software
