Customer Success / Payroll Intern (Central, 5 Days Work Week)
Responsibilities:
- Establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients
- Ensure clients have a smooth transition from their current system to our new system
- Provide training for clients on how to fully utilise our system
- Participating in full scope of sales, implementing new accounts and deliver quality and reliable service to customers
- Ensure regional payroll service deliveries are in compliance with appropriate legislation for all Asia Pacific payrolls
- Lead and manage the clients’ and consultants payroll across Asia
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Responsible and customer-oriented
- Great problem solver and effective communicator
- Enthusiastic and motivated person
- Ability to start immediately is preferred
