Axxel Marketing was birthed when two young men struck out to realize their common dream of running their own business in the Gifts & Premiums Industry back in 1998. Axxel Marketing has since grown from its humble beginnings to become a company with worldwide presence. We couldn't have done it without the support of our 5000 (and counting) clients from various industries and countries. Axxel's network of clients is truly growing globally. Product & Services
"In-house Printing/Repackaging" We provide pad printing, silkscreen and roller print services. This helps us to reduce our delivery turn around time and to ensure a high level of print quality. "Design" Our design team takes care of artwork for logo customization. They also develop new product designs together with local & foreign design talents. "Product Development" Through partnerships with OEM manufacturers, we have successfully developed a series of products for international distribution. "Redemption Programme" We work with various retail outlets to provide redemption services.
Responsible for preparing shipping documents for inbound shipment ensuring information and documentation are in order.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for forwarders on Packing List & Proforma Invoice; ensure trucking requirements are met
- Warehouse Document recording and handling (SO and etc), responsible for providing the documents that required by other team member.
- Task Assigner (such as assign order for store keeper to pick the goods, officer to issue DO and etc)
- Stock Controller, to manage issue that makes the stock not tally as system and report to manager.
- Manage customer return items including checking and preparing CRF without pending
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Able to use MS Office, Outlook Express, MS Words, MS Excel
- Able to work independently as well as able work as a team
- Has a positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Able to commit at least 3 months or above
