Internship Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze the results
- Build automated testing tools and scripts for driving application test
- Build, review and improve existing QA reporting system
- Report directly to QA Manager and perform R&D Activities related with QA
- Expected to multi-task on various QA work supporting project implementation
- Must be proactive, self-directed and able to work independently
Internship Requirements:
- Experience in Java programming language (minimum requirement)
- Polytechnic or University undergrads are welcome to apply
- Experience in backend application development (e.g. PHP, Python, Go)
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors well
- Ability to articulate issues to both stakeholders and developers well
- Attention-to-detail with high sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle
- Experience with different operating systems, Windows, Linux, Mac
- Knowledge/experience on web or mobile application test automation (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
- Knowledge/experience on API testing (e.g. Postman / Karate / Playwright)
- Knowledge/experience on Gitlab, Github, or other CI/CD platforms is a plus
- Knowledge/experience on TestNG / Jest testing framework is a plus
- OWASP Security Knowledge (preferred)
