Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Support user testing sessions and synthesize insights to inform product decisions.
- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories.
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
- Support market, competitor, and user research to identify trends and understand customer behaviour and performance of features.
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs and propose further iterations.
- Participate in the ideation and prioritization of product features and functions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
