Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of web-based front-end applications for physical kiosks, mobile devices, and desktop browsers
- Support the maintenance and routine updates of the company’s websites, including content updates, UI refinements, and minor bug fixes
- Participate in the software development lifecycle by contributing to requirements discussions, implementation, testing, and feature releases under the guidance of senior developers
- Help maintain and enhance existing applications by resolving bugs, implementing small improvements, and validating changes across supported devices and browsers
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal stakeholders for kiosk- and website-related workflows, escalating complex issues as appropriate
- Assist in triaging and documenting technical issues related to kiosk systems and company websites, including reproducing issues and verifying fixes
- Create, update, and maintain technical and project documentation to support traceability and team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Basic understanding of web development fundamentals
- Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing personal projects or contributions (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to commit to the internship duration (typically 2–6 months)
- Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with front-end technologies
