Internship Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Technology) to understand analytical needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Assist in performance tracking and reporting of business metrics, customer usage, and transaction data.
- Participate in data visualization projects to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support data governance and documentation efforts, ensuring data consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support ongoing initiatives and strategic projects.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, databases, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.
