Job Description

Work Scope

  • Provide quality customer service by answering inbound calls/emails
  • Attending to enquiries/complaints and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalation of cases which require follow up
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Ensure proper closure of individual customer cases
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisors
