Junior Event Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a supporting role to the Marketing team.
• Assist in the marketing team to develop and execute compelling and high-impact marketing campaigns to target clients across various regions including SEA, APAC and beyond
• Working together with Events/Campaign Manager to align strategies with corporate direction, sales and product teams to ensure campaign reflects business priorities, message and goals
• Support channel management and content creation as and when needed for campaigns and events
• Collaborate across teams to help optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme
• Maintain a marketing events and campaigns calendar, including regional and global activities
• Proof-reading campaign related communication materials

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience in Finance related/ events industry
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluent in Chinese preferred
• High energy, fun and creative self-starter with a strong drive for business and brand results & strong sense of ownership
• Team-oriented mindset, hardworking and confident
• Ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders, drive campaigns and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail alongside organisational, project management skills.
• Strong ability to look at the big picture to drive effective messaging and alignment across teams
• Superior communication skills and project and budget management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Role may require candidate to travel and support Events and Marketing activities as and when needed
