In order to meet its ambitious growth targets the branch is seeking for a Claims Executive Junior.
PURPOSE
Process claim payments
Maintenance of claim files with up to date documentation
Handle enquiries on claim payment status
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Some experience in General Insurance Claims preferred
Familiar to work with Microsoft Excel and Word, especially with data merge
Minimum GCE ‘0’ Levels qualification
Organized, methodological and reliable - capable to prioritize issues
Inter-personal
Work closely and effectively with team members both locally and overseas, including those in other departments, and in an international environment.
Self-motivated and pro-active.
Report decisively and effectively to more senior jobholders.
Self-confident and assertive, able to adapt behaviours to different situations.
