This is an operational role and carries the responsibility to engage customers at their home with the purpose of fulfilling the project’s obligations professionally so as to achieve high customer satisfaction levels and maintain the company’s reputation as the leading smart home solutions integrator in Singapore. We are looking for candidates with potential to rise to a position of operations manager to manage an operation team eventually.
Key Tasks
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the clients’ profile, requirements, timeline, expectations and constraints.
- Plan weekly work schedules together with the sales team.
- Provide technical advice and consultation to clients and contractors.
- Make preparations for the site setup early. Ensure the hardware, application accounts, system software configuration and any other equipment required for the fulfilment of the project are ready in time.
- Supervise, coordinate and manage site works clients’ contractors and the company’s contractors and vendors. Ensure that their work is done on time, according to design and specifications and of expected quality.
- Perform software configuration on-site. This includes software configuration, testing, troubleshooting, system commissioning and customer training.
- Conduct post-sales remote/on- site support.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Preferred Requirements
- Nitec / ITE in Electronics/Electrical, Computer Networking, or Information Technology.
- Able to understand technical symbols and wiring schematics.
- Possess a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Able to communicate technical knowledge to a lay person in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be an eager learner with a positive attitude.
- Flexible work arrangement.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
