Assist with Home Automation devices for Singapore homes and offices.

Your role involves:
- Responsible for day to day operations and administration on network infrastructure.
- Perform onsite installation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating system in remote sites.
- Responsible in troubleshooting and/or debugging network related problems. Good knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to second-level teams.
- Setup and configure complex switching environments base on approved designs
- Experiment with products, connect devices to hub
- Manage the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the EnOS™ Platform and all services it provides.Manage automations of Home Assistant platform
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the platform/ hub, so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks delegated by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT equivalent or related fields
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Operational experience in managing/maintaining Enterprise network environments within a managed service environment.
- Knowledge in IoT devices.
- Fast and independent learner. Able to work from home in an responsible and accountable manner.
- Experience in Cisco syntax, AWS and GCP networking will be preferred.
- Team player
