Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Process purchase requisitions and submit orders to OPD (Order Processing Department) within stipulated timing
  • Perform data entry by updating all price codes, ensure product maintenance into system for new/special or promotional products and responsible for the routine check of audit trails
  • Liaise delivery to 3rd party warehouse
  • Assist in investigating trade or delivery problems by liaising with warehouse or logistics
  • Coordinate and execute promotions, new product launches and in-house sampling with sales team
  • Coordinate staff sales and assist Brand Managers in food or taste testing for new or existing products
  • Coordinate and follow up with 3rd party on sponsorship
  • Assist in courier of product samples, in terms of cost checking and packing
  • Attend to customer complaints in the absence of Brand team members
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly sales report
  • Updating of monthly closing figures
  • Perform any other administrative functions but not limited to general filing, tracking of quotation and invoices and any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" level and above with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Candidate with prior experience in the FMCG industry would be an added advantage
  • An independent, resourceful, dynamic good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
